X2 support for start ups

From experience, X2 is well aware that the highest-risk period for any new operation is during the first few months of a start–up, or for more established operations, the delivery of peak volumes or operational transformation in distribution networks.

Frequently, new staff are coming to terms with new systems and methods of operation, IT systems need to be 'de–bugged' and staff moulded into a cohesive team.

X2 can remove part of the pain of a new start-up by installing and operating a transport solution for a period, agreed with the client. Typically, this would be 6 months or more – but ultimately it is the client's sole decision as to the period and the scope of operations handled.

Upon reaching the hand–over point, X2 will provide a professional, structured hand-over, complete with a full résumé of contacts, rates, method statements and anything else the client requires.

X2 can still retain contact to any level required by the client, or can continue to run part of the operation, either on–site or remotely from the control tower.
